Easy and flavorful bean tacos!

Cooked pinto beans*
Tapatio or hot sauce of your choice*
Shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Heat beans. On a hot corn tortilla, spread a thin layer of hot beans. Splash your favorite hot sauce on the beans. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold in half into a taco shape.

2. Dip the end of the taco in sour cream after each bite. Delicious!

Tammy's Review:

This is a fun easy lunch that the children and I enjoy! It's my favorite meatless tacos! My rating: 10/10

I served these for supper along side taco soup, and we thought they were fantastic! We passed on the hot sauce, but used well-seasoned beans. I will definitely be making these again!
