This is a very easy, very quick summer dessert recipe. It's sweet, but not too sweet. The amount of cinnamon lends a wonderful flavor and beautiful autumn color! Much easier than making apple pie, and can be made on the stove-top, this is a great beginner recipe or quick-fix! My rating: 10/10
