Oven-Baked Potatoes
Tender buttered baked potato wedges seasoned with parsley and paprika
4-6 servings
4 large red or "butter red" potatoes 1. Scrub or peel potatoes, and cut into chunks. Place potatoes in a greased 8" x 8" baking dish. 2. Sprinkle seasonings over potatoes. Slice butter and lay on top. 3. Cover dish with foil and bake at 325 degrees until potatoes test done with fork. (About 2 hours, depending on the size of your chunks.) Stir once during cooking. ![]()

I like to prepare these potatoes and pop them in the oven beside my oven-roasted chicken. They're easy to make, and better than plain baked potatoes, in my opinion. However, they're still just... potatoes... which is why I rated this dish 7/10. :)
