I created this stir fry recipe because these are the ingredients we usually have on hand, and I like sweet stir frys. It's one of my favorites! I also like to make it with leftover steak or roast; just skip frying the meat with the oil, and add the meat, oil, and vegetables all at once. My rating: 9/10

A solid stir fry if you like sweet beef (6/10)
Unfortunately I like spicy beef. This recipe is balanced and has a nice flavor, but the slightly sweet flavor does not resonate with me. I much prefer our spicy beef and veggie stir fry.
