Can I say how blessed I am by my wonderful husband? Of course I can! After all, this is my blog... :)

I am married to a real sweetheart. Tonight he let me eat some of his Andes mints that he had bought to use for baking. Then we decided to make brownies, and put in mint extract and crumbled Andes mints. Oh, yum!

Actually, "Oh no!!", as I dropped the whole pan of brownies when I was taking them from the oven to test them for doneness. We now have smashed brownies that are a little undercooked. :|

One thing Joshua does for me that is such a blessing is taking Yehoshua with him to the grocery store each weekend. I get to make out a list and they head to the store and spend a couple hours shopping together. I stay home taking care of Eliyahu, catching up on chores, or writing things for the website. I dislike grocery shopping, and I love the quiet time at home!

Joshua is also a really super hard worker and is constantly doing things for me or for others.

When I came to him with the idea of having a kitchen blog, he was eager to set one up. He incorporated lots of neat features here for me, and is my 24-7 technical support! I've even woken him in the middle of the night when I couldn't get my blog post to work! Joshua also makes websites for churches and charges a very low price for them. He's probably the most generous person I know!

Joshua is also very honest, even if it isn't to his benefit. He loves our little boys, and they love him lots, too! I probably don't talk about Joshua often enough, but he means the world to me and I'm thankful for him every day!
