Pumpkin Sheet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting recipe

This week's recipe of the week is an easy-to-make pumpkin sheet cake with cream cheese frosting!

With a delicious pumpkin spice flavor, and a rich creamy frosting, this cake is fun to make and serve! We make this cake for birthdays sometimes, or just whenever we want a quick homemade spice cake to snack on. It never lasts long! :)

That makes me hungry!

I've been meaning to tell you that, during this past week, I made two batches of those chocolate cookies with chocolate chips. They were a BIG hit around here...:-)

Double Chocolate Cookies

They seem to be a favorite around here, too! I'm surprised that my brothers went so wild over them! I thought women were supposed to be the ones who went crazy over chocolate! :D
