Another Rummaged Delight: Bunny Mug

I just couldn't resist posting a photo of Yehoshua's newest treasure, compliments of today's rummage sale. This cute Bunny Mug is his very own cup from which to drink tea. He loves this mug, and always points to the Papa Bunny's black hat and says, "Hat! Mama, hat!"

It's so fun to delight my little boy with such treasures, worldly and fleeting though they be.

Very nice!

Well, thats a real find. People give me mugs for my coffee and tea with ladybugs or horses on them that they find at rummage sales. I use them often to the point of their destruction!

Of course, two-year-olds have a knack for destructing things prematurely... :D

Oh, it was hilarious!

I ran some soapy water in the kitchen sink and started washing up the things I had gotten for Yehoshua... a few little toys, the mug, etc. I would give him each thing to dry/play with when I had washed it. He was so impatient, he kept trying to stand on his tip toes to see what I was washing, because he was so excited.

Then, his face brightened. "Help with dishes, Mama!" he said, and tried to pull up a chair. I laughed. ;)

Well, Yehoshua will drink just about any tea. I know he likes mint teas (he loves to pick fresh mint outside to eat). But really, he drinks anything I do. I try not to give him caffeine though. If I have black tea, I make a second cup for him with the teabag, so that it doesn't have much caffeine. :D

Bunny mug

I was looking through your site and that rummage sale find is mine!! LOL I have the exact same mug. How funny is that? Alex, my 8 year old, loves that mug. How cute!!
