You know what I love about getting someone else's favorite recipe? The trial and error has already been overcome by someone besides me. I love to cook, but I don't have time for "flops"... at least, not if I can help it! ;)

This Best Ever Blueberry Muffin recipe is compliments of my friend Lisa M. who has made and brought them to us numerous times after the birth of a baby or a move. I begged her for her recipe and have made it tens of times since she obliged.

These muffins are so good! Joshua declares them "Perfect!" and says they're as good as or better than Costco's blueberry muffins (his gold standard for blueberry muffins).

I love how quick and easy it is to make these blueberry muffins. I always have the ingredients on hand, thanks to buying big bags of frozen blueberries at Costco. I make these muffins in both regular and mini-muffin size. The mini muffins are perfect for kids, snacks, and potlucks.

Our kids and Joshua's co-workers all love these muffins. I try not to make them too often because it's hard to stop eating them! They're delicious hot from the oven or leftover the next morning with a cup of coffee for breakfast.

What are you waiting for? Try these blueberry muffins! You won't be disappointed... except when they're all eaten... :)

Thank you for posting this recipe. I made them and they really are the best ever muffins! I must admit I was lazy and baked the recipe in an 8x8 dish which turned out great. :)

Yum! Those look so good, I can see why you only make them once in a while.

I made these this morning....they were so good. Love the crunchy tops!!

Will be adding this recipe to my recipe binder. I've missed reading your posts and I hope that you will be posting more in the future! :)

This is probably a kind of automatism, which has developed over the years; thinking that nothing finds a cheaper price must be made in China.please visit-http://www.estoxconnect.com
