This recipe is Not good at all. I followed the recipe word for word and the waffles were SUPER oily; my waffle iron was literally Leaking the oil in the butter. The waffles themselves seemed soft and mushy on the inside, even though i left them on the iron for much longer than necessary. They do not brown well at all on the outside. They tasted like flower unless covered fully in syrupy. Do not use this recipe, it was a mistake and a waste of ingredients. the average on this this recipe should not be a 9.0
