Having been a manager for Papa Murphy's, I can tell you that this recipe is accurate.

Note: Papa Murphy's uses Roma tomatoes, diced. When making a 14" pizza, use a 1/2 cup of fresh diced Romas. When making a 16" pizza, use 3/4 of a cup of fresh diced Romas.

Also, they do not just use the greens of the green onion when chopping them, the white is chopped up also.

When using spinach, use baby spinach. If you rinse the baby spinach, allow it to dry. It goes beneath the cheese, and it will not burn.

Papa Murphy's uses a thinner Ranch dressing when making their sauce. They use one gallon of Ranch dressing and 1 cup of the minced garlic. You can cut the recipe down as to your needs, of course.
