I had plenty of pumpkin and then got handed a truck load of good pumpkins early December. Got it all canned up but so very much more than we'd ever need! I'm making up this full recipe and will freeze them in little packets so my gluten part of the family has that fresh bread they love! I can't eat them but they look so very good and raised up so very high. Got bean soup in the crock pot so they can have some tonight!
