Eliyahu is 7 months old now, and as you can see from the pictures, he's sitting up quite nicely :). He can stand for short periods of time, holding onto things. He can crawl but usually just scoots around the floor on his tummy. He loves mischief like the trashcan or the electrical cords. :)

Eliyahu has 6 teeth (which he's had for a couple months now), and can say "mama" and "dada". He says "mama" the most often, though, which I just love! He giggles and loves to interact with smiles and peek-a-boo.

Eliyahu takes 1-2 naps every day (usually about a total of 3 hours of daytime sleep) and his bedtime is about 8-8:30 pm. He's still exclusively breastfed, and seems to be thriving. (He weighed 22 lbs a month or so ago.) He nurses every 1.5-2 hours when he's awake, and every 3-4 hours at night. I often "wake" him  to nurse, since I think he would probably sleep straight through the night! He pretty much just nurses in his sleep though. Sometimes he sleeps in his own bed, and sometimes I sleep beside him on the futon (usually more towards morning). Around 7 am, he's bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, all ready to start his day. :)
