I made this recipe & it was fabulous! I used a little more flour (2 cups total), & an additional teaspoon of sugar of because I felt the batter was too thin (I like it thicker) and it was delicious. I poured the batter into the waffle iron & sprinkled pecans on top (pecan waffles are my favorite!) This one is a definite keeper! If you can find pecan extract or vanilla butter & nut extract (the bottle will say "vanilla butter & nut") add a teaspoon if you are making waffles that will have nuts in them like my pecan waffles.
