| Very nice! I just made this with Light (not extra virgin) Olive oil and cold water, a few drops of yellow.... Just had it on toast! It's not as salty as I like my butter, and I learned from another reviewer not to add salt to the mixture, as it can cause water separation (which makes sense to me), so I'll just salt my food before adding the spread, problem solved! ^_^ Thank you very much for this recipe! I love the idea of adding water too, which cuts calories as well as saturated fats. =) |
