Today's guest chef, Jaclynn R., has been in the kitchen for over 13 years! Jaclynn writes, "My mother taught my sister and I how to cook around age 8, and now we laugh at how it took us 1/2 an hour to measure out shortening. Now I rarely even measure! (without complaints :D)"

Jaclynn is sharing her recipes for Pastitsio [0] and Olive Garden Salad and Dressing [0]. Both look delicious and fun to make! Jaclynn tells why she likes these recipes: "I love Italian and Greek foods; in fact, Olive Garden was always my favorite place to eat out. So with these recipes you can bring those flavors home."

For someone like me, who has never eaten at Olive Garden and had never heard of "Pastitsio", Jaclynn explains. "Pastitsio could be called the Greek version of Lasagna. Smooth and creamy with a hint of cinnamon." :)
