Almond Coconut Granola [0]

Does this homemade Almond Coconut Granola [0] taste as good as it looks? Yes!! When Tanya sent me this photo, we knew we just had to try her granola recipe! It's just the right blend of sweet, crunchy oats, coconut, almonds, and cornmeal. We tried her recipe a couple weeks ago, and it didn't last long (so don't be fooled by the "large" amount the recipe makes--about 26 cups!). Plus, it was really easy to make!

Tanya wrote about her granola recipe, "Growing up we used to bake it all night, but my oven is too hot even at the lowest setting, so I bake it during the day. Just keep an eye on it.  While it is baking it smells so good!!" Tanya wasn't exaggerating. We could hardly wait to eat some of ours!

Dutch Cheese Patties, served with potatoes and veggies [0]

About her Dutch Cheese Patties [0], Tanya writes: "I usually make 4 recipes and then freeze them so I have them on hand for a quick meal. I serve these with either rice or potatoes. They can also be served with pasta noodles. Served with veggies and a salad makes for a yummy meal!"

Thanks for sharing your recipes with us, Tanya!
