Joshua's easy grilled salmon with lemon

Easy grilled salmon with lemon recipe

Last month we were blessed with some frozen fish at a discount from Joshua's workplace. What is normally way out of our budget range was available in bulk purchases for about $1/lb.! We bought as much as our fridge-top freezer could hold! :)

Cod, mahi mahi, salmon, Lox, and pollock -- all very delicious when hot off the grill! I'll have some new fish recipes to post here, finally! :) I'm also excited to experiment with chowders, tacos, baked fish (for those who don't grill), etc. If you have favorite methods/recipes or ideas, I'd love to hear them! :)

My favorite fish dish so far is Joshua's Easy Grilled Salmon with Lemon. So moist, tender, and a perfect flavor of lemon, pepper, garlic, and butter.

We felt like we were dining at an expensive restaurant as we ate the grilled salmon fillets along with the oven-fries, green salad, and pumpkin pie for dessert! :)

Looks So Good!

We all love salmon too! That is wonderful that you got some for such a great price. Your recipe sounds delicious. I am planning to stock up on some Sockeye salmon soon, even if we have to eat beans and rice for the rest of the week. It's worth it! =)

Love Salmon

Oh how I love salmon. I like to cook fresh salmon if available to me (I have friends who spend the summer on Lake Michigan salmon fishing). I broil mine using the broiler in the oven. I drizzle olive oil on it and sprinkle Mrs. Dash on it. Broil for about 7 min on each side. I don't really time it though. I usually broil it until it looks like it might start to burn on top then flip it and do the other side.

This looks great!

have only been able to have canned salmon patties and I know how good that is so I can't imagine how good fresh salmon would taste. This recipe looks great

That looks

That looks delicious!
