Made these on Weds night. I soaked them overnight rinsed once and put them in the fridge until I could get to them to cook after work.
The salt makes it! I served them just as you did and YUM! I meant to freeze the leftover beans, but I ate them again last night and think that they will be my lunch again today!
You are right- simple bean tacos, so good!
