Tonight's menu, amazingly

Tonight's menu, amazingly enough, is already planned and on its way to completion: crock pot roast with potatoes, carrots, onion, and celery. If I get home from work early enough, I might make some sort of bread to go with it.

I'm making Cuban style black

I'm making Cuban style black beans in the crock pot to serve over rice. We'll probably heat up frozen corn and peas for veggies.

Dinner!

We are having your Easy Lasagna, actually! We are having my uncle and his three kids, my grandma, another cousin from the other side of the family, my three brothers, and one of my sisters for dinner since folks are in town for my big sister's wedding. Yikes! That seems like more people now that I type it all out! Do you think doubling it is enough??

We are also having salad, garlic bread, and fruit. I think I will make cherry cobbler for dessert, too.

We are having pancakes and fried potatoes with scrambled eggs. I was at a loss and my 12 year old son came up with this. I have many things I could fix but just wasn't feeling it. :)

Tonight's Dinner

Well, last night we had (your) Josh's Grilled Lemon-Garlic Chicken, YOUR Italian Cheese Bread (LOVE IT!), and creamy Alfredo/pesto linguine (of my own creation). Tonight it's a dish called "Sicilian Casserole" from another food website (can't remember where at the moment), which is new to us and which I am excited to try.

Some of those sound really good!
We had corned beef potato hash, broccoli and caulflower salad and Rueben sandwiches for those who wanted it.
