Chicken Pot Pie is my hubby's favorite, and he said this is the best one I've ever made! Honestly, I didn't make it a lot since good homemade pie crusts are such a pain in the patootie, and the store bought ones are horrible for you and don't taste like much. This crust was fantastic, and easy!

I didn't have Poppy Seeds for the crust, but I substituted a favorite Greek spice blend for a nice peppery savory crust. Yummmm...
