My mom always had a waffle recipe where you had to beat egg whites and then fold into your batter. To much trouble for me so I stuck with Eggos. A few years and kids later we got a waffle iron but never found an easy recipe that we all liked until now. This is the best. We make waffles using this batter and our favorites have walnuts or pecans added. My son likes his waffles with cheese and bacon bits. We even used this recipe to make waffles for the men's breakfast at church. Had lots and lots of compliments. In fact, we had waffles for breakfast this morning. Very easy!!
