I didn't exactly follow the recipe (I omitted the flour, and decreased the milk, adding just enough for the consistency I wanted - oh, and I forgot to add the tips back in!), but it was still great! This was the first time I'd had asparagus soup, and it won't be the last! My family polished off the pot. :)
