I made this casserole for my family tonight, and they all enjoyed it! I didn't have enough chicken or asparagus, so ended up making a little more rice so there'd be enough to fill everyone up...and I didn't have any sour cream so had to leave that out, too. But it still turned out delicious and I had fun making it. I'm sure it'd be much better yet with all the proper incredients. :-)
