Cream filled pumpkin cupcakes

One word: Yummy. Definitely worth all the work of canning pumpkin last fall.

My local supermarket sells pumpkin whoopie pies in the fall and I LOVE them. These muffins are exactly the same just in a different shape. Now I can make my own. Thanks Tammy!

I wasn't sure how to rate these cupcakes on the recipe so I am just doing it here. (I guess you can transfer it if you want.)

I would rate them a 8.5. They are really good. I didn't feel like messing with a cooked frosting so I just used cool whip. That made it taste like pumpkin pie without the crust.

Thanks for leaving your comments on the recipe! :) I actually can't leave reviews for other people -- it's limited to one review per person. This page will tell you how. :)

No cream filling?! That's the best part! :)
