This was a really delicious dinner...my husband loved it and my 2 1/2 year old thought the cream cheese sauce was "yummy!" I thought that the red peppers added just the right flavor. The only thing I might vary it with in the future is to add a little minced garlic to the sauce. But it was really good without any garlic, too!
