Somehow I had it in my head that this made a 9 x 9 cake; when I was part-way through the recipe and realized it made a 13 x 9, I was dismayed. How were the two of us going to eat that all up? But guess what... it's gone. And my husband only got two pieces! I had my fair share, but it also attracted a lot of attention from friends and family, who gladly helped (practically begged me) to finish it. The cake part is rather plain for my taste, but the topping makes up for it.
