I had this recipe printed out for a while but finally made it last night. I only made 1/2 a batch as I needed it done for our Bible Study and I only have one oven rack.
I 1/2ed everything but the cinnamon (did 2tbsp - just because I love cinnamon) and the honey (1/2 cup - a little more as per others comments).
I thought they were really healthy and not too sweet. My husband thought they were bland, but he likes his sweets. At Bible Study my mom had some and thought they were great!
I'm eating one right now with my morning coffee and it goes good together.
A healthy addition to my recipe collection - thank you! I really appreciate recipes using all whole-wheat flour.
