My daughter helped me make these the other day and we baked up 2 dozen but ended baking them too long so I wasn't a great fan of them. But we had about 4 dozen that rolled (from the same recipe!) that we froze and today we just pulled 2 dozen out and baked them again... this time taking them out before they were too crispy and they were delicious!
We did take the advice of other commentors and left out the chocolate chips (not to mention we were very low on them), and they were great without them. May try them with both peanut butter and chocolate chips or just chocolate chips next time. I really love that they are made with whole wheat flour!
