These potato wedges are easy to make, and taste delicious!! Joshua and I were both surprised the first time we made them, at how quickly they were made and in the oven, and then at how deliciously crisp and flavorful they were after baking! :) We've made this recipe many times since. My rating: 10/10

Mmmm!
I made this with burgers tonight. Husband commented that they were really good. He said next time he wants me to cut them smaller though and cook a little longer until crunchy. I was in a hurry to eat so I just cooked them until they were done...not till crunchy. ;o)

I tried grilling them and it worked great.
I had small new red potatoes, I left them whole and used the ingredients and put them on the grill. I cooked them until they started to wrinkle and were soft when squeezed with the tongs (I did pierce a few to test also). They were GREAT! I would imagine that I could also make the wedges if I used my grill pan too, but leaving them whole was a lot easier.

Yum!
These were great! But they smell pretty bad while baking! I made them when my sister and brother-in-law were moving to have out for helpers to grab and eat. While they were cooking, one of them came over to me and asked if something was burning. I laughed and said, "No, it's just an experiment in the oven!" Later, after they had come out, he grabbed one to try it and, reaching for more, remarked on how good they were, asking what I did to make them.

Good!
I already made these many times, but had never put chili powder on them so tried it this time! Excellent! Even my three year old ate alot and asked for seconds! I bake mine at 400 though and stir then often. It helps them to get crispier.

YUM!!
We had these last night. Very good!!! I did twist the ingredients a little. After the potatoes tested done, I turned the oven up to 450 for a minute or two, that helped get them crispier.

Excellent Flavor!
My whole family just loves these! My only complaint is that mine don't seem to get as crispy as yours appear...I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Regardless, they taste wonderful and we'll make them often.

Yummy!!
My husband doesn't care for potato wedges, so I used my French fry tool to cut the potatoes into strips. They turned out so yummy! I had to skip the onion powder since I had none, but it was still delicious!

Very good
We love potato wedges but always made them with plain lawrey's seasoning.I doubled the seasoning since I used a few more potatoes and got them perfect for dh,oldest son & me but the youngest said they were to hot.I will use the amount it calls for next time even though I am using a few more potatoes.

Yummy and easy!
Please see the recipe above for my full review! :) And yes, we used red potatoes in the recipe photos -- though any kind works! :)

Delicious!
These are the best that I have tried yet of seasoned potatoe wedges! The seasonings are just perfect. I used large baking potatoes, and so I did have to bake them longer than the given time. Maybe next time I'll try red potatoes. Is that what you used, Tammy?

This is a very quick and simple recipe that has great flavor and tastes absolutely wonderful! If possible, I would definitely rate this one at least an 11. An instant favorite all around! Thank you!
