Bethanie's bread disaster

Poor Bethanie... she used up every last bit of flour she could find on this new bread recipe, but ended up with a mess and no bread. After a couple of minor kitchen disasters myself today, I really have sympathy.

Sometimes I think, "Wow, I could have saved myself a lot of time and money and work by never attempting to make _____ in the first place!" But that is life... full of learning experiences. :) And the disasters make us appreciate the successes, right? :)

You are so right!

If we do not try and fail, how are we to learn from the mistake. Bread making is a bit daunting, but once you master the art, what a pleasure it brings when you see that dough rising and of course, you taste your end result. Yum!

Thanks for adding my disaster post to your blog. This morning I read through it again and laughed.
