
Tangy and tender grilled lemon chicken breast, with garlic and pepper
3 large chicken breasts, cut into thirds
4 cloves of garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 c oil
Coarse-ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 T salt
Crushed red pepper (a light sprinkling, unless you want a hotter flavor)
1. In bowl, combine ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
2. Grill chicken pieces until cooked through. (Consult your grill's instruction manual.) For thick chunks, our Weber Q grill suggests 8-12 minutes on meduim heat. Don't over-cook! :)

Joshua created this recipe for a tangy grilled lemon chicken. It is bursting with flavor and very tender. I wouldn't want it every day, but it's a nice treat. My rating: 9/10
