This week's featured recipe is simple and healthy: Italian Beef and Beans over Pasta [0]!
Finely chopped carrots, celery, onions, and garlic, along with diced tomatoes, make a full and hearty sauce with ground beef and beans added. (I used black beans and red kidney beans for the food pictured above.) Served over pasta and topped with Parmesan cheese, this meal looks fancy and tastes delicious! :)
