May 27, 2007 -- Italian Beef and Beans over PastaThis week's featured recipe is simple and healthy: Italian Beef and Beans over Pasta! Finely chopped carrots, celery, onions, and garlic, along with diced tomatoes, make a full and hearty sauce with ground beef and beans added. Thank you, Tammy for another winner of a recipe for my family!!! My daughter did not think she was going to like it..."beans, I don't like beans in my food....ewww, carrots, Mom you are putting carrots in it???" But that all changed when dinner was served! My whole family LOVED it!!! YUMMY!!!!
