Introducing guest chef Bethany Kerr!

I'm delighted to introduce Bethany Kerr [1] as our newest guest chef! Bethany is a 26-year-old mama to 4 little blessings, and has been married to her husband, James, for 8 years! 

Bethany has a variety of talents and skills, and one of them is cooking yummy food for her family!

About her Mushroom Lasagna [1], Bethany writes, "It is a different way to make lasagna (much different than what we usually prepare), and the taste is incredible!

"This recipe uses the usual noodles and cheeses that you would expect to use for everyday lasagna, but the sauce is white, rich, and buttery, and loaded with lots of sliced mushrooms! If you are a mushroom lover, you will absolutely adore this dish!"

Bethany loves once-a-month cooking [3]! When asked how she fits cooking into her everyday life, she replied, "It's not always easy, but I just have to make time... the kids do their schoolwork in the kitchen most of the time, so it does help to allow me to work in the kitchen while teaching them. :)"

Bethany has recently been enjoying making homemade bagels, which her family loves!

"These home-baked bagels [4] are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and great with cream cheese or butter! They are a real treat that you will enjoy making over and over again! :)

"I love making Homemade Bagels [4] because the bagels taste so much better fresh than they do bought from the store...the kids and hubby adore them!  They really are not that difficult or time consuming to make either. :)"
