It's almost Spring! Yay! I thought it would be fun to host another little giveaway. I don't do them often enough, I know!
Anyway, in the photo above, there is a homemade potholder (I made it about 10 years ago, saved it in my "future home supplies" stash, and have never used it!), a homemade apron (I hand-sewed this full-length apron in 2003 -- it has a front pocket and tie strings for the neck and waist) and some tea. I'll also stick in some tea coupons.
Here's how to enter: Register an account (if you haven't already done so). This will take about 2 minutes of your time. :) Then, send me one of your favorite Spring-time recipes!
We'll do a random drawing from the names of everyone who submitted a recipe. :) And, we'll start making the recipes submitted, blogging about them as we do. :)
You have until this coming Sunday evening (25 March) to submit your recipe! Winner will be announced next Monday morning. :)

How fun! :D I did submit a recipe, though I think I kind of messed it up. Oops!
If the recipe isn't completed, let me know- I'll try again. :)

I got it! :)
Chantel, I did get your recipe -- it looks like it double-submitted (rather odd; it's never done that before!) and one of them is the complete recipe. :) Thank you so much -- it sounds YUMMY!!
Joshua has been asking me if I want us to get a blender, so I just might have to get one and make that recipe (plus the potato salad one you sent before!). :D Thanks so much for participating! :)
I registered
Hey tammy, this post got me to register, not because i want to win (tho i would love to have the things above, i just dont have a recipe to submit at this time) but it finally got me to register so that i am able to comment and such on your blogs, they are so helpful ....
would love to see more of your cardmaking stuff!!!!!!!
thanks, KristyJo
Hi! :)
KristyJo, Thanks for your comment! :) Emily was here on Thursday and mentioned that you've told her you're a regular reader here. :) I'm sure you can come up with a recipe to submit, though! ;) You have all week to experiment... like with smoothies, popsicles, salads, etc... ;)
I would post more cardmaking stuff, except that I rarely sit down for an evening of cardmaking. :) I seem to take about 30 minutes to make each of my cards (my creativity evolves slowly ;D) and a full evening results in 4 or 5 cards. :) I'll keep it in mind, next time I make some though! :)
thanks.... i shall try to
thanks.... i shall try to come up wtih one soon!!! :)

About the recipe. . .
Does it have to be something made with ingredients available in the spring, or can it be a recipe I've been procrastinating about submitting?;-)
Recipe "contest"
Kristy, no photo is necessary. :) Photos are only required for guest chefs. :) This is just a "recommend a recipe" contest! :)
Brandy, it can be any recipe you want -- although I'm not really looking for something like chili or decidedly "Winter" recipes. ;) I'll accept any favorite recipes for this contest. Deal? :)
What defines Spring?
I guess you kind of answered that in the last comment -- something not winter, lol. Guess I'll file away the Potato Soup recipe ;o)
Like Kristy Jo above, it got me to register!
Tammy?
Since I sent the chocolate pie recipe to you and photos am I entered in the spring contest now?Or do I need to do something else? Please let me know.
