| My family loves this Due to the recent discovery of food allergies in my family I have had to eliminate soy flour, eggs and all nuts from our diet. Almost all store bought breads contain something we couldn't use so I have begun making our bread. At first my family was less than enthusiastic but now they look forward to baking day and my 5 yr. old bragged to his teachers about his Mom's bread. I add 4 tsp. vital gluten to my mix to boost the protein content and vitamin c. It's very easy to achieve good results with this delicious recipe. |
