| We loved this recipe!! We love this recipe! The first time, I halved it and then made it in a 8" round glass dish. Being as it's just my husband and me eating it, we couldn't really handle a big pan. ;) The second time, I also halved it, but I decided to try to make it a bit healthier (plus find a way to incorporate beans into our diet!) so I did one chicken breast (8oz) mixed with 1 14oz can of black beans as the filling. Both ways have turned out fantastic! We'll probably be making this one every other week or so. |
