Videocast of easy pizza

Tammy's Easy PizzaHere is a short video demonstration of how I make my easiest, quickest homemade pizza. (Right-click and save this to your computer to view; 11 minutes, 40 MB)

In the video, I am making Tammy's Easy Pizza, although it's not exactly like the recipe here, since I tend to change things over time. :) I wish the lighting in the video was better, but it was getting dark out and our digital camera does okay (but not great) videos. Anyway, I know it's not professional-quality or anything, but I hope you enjoy it! :)

Note: The photo here is one of my pizzas, but not the one I actually made in the video! :)

It's Nicole

Having the log in problem again. :P Your blog hates me! ;)

Anyway... I liked your podcast! You didn't cut your hair, did you? Is it just doubled up in your ponytail? I'm curious... ;)

Working on it

Hey Nicole, I suspected the issue would come back and was only waiting for someone to complain as I have not seen it. The issue was originally resolved by commenting out some code in the CMS, but the new version of the CMS actually does logins and sessions differently and for whatever reason some computers, but not all, are affected. I will see if I cannot get it fixed soon... very frustrating. Thanks for the heads up and patience.

Great job!

Your video helps to dispel any myths about pizza being difficult! I just love pizza and my mother tells me that she ate lots of it when she was expecting me. She also tells me that in our area (Southwestern Virginia) that it was very difficult to get pizza in the late 70's and early 80's. She and my father made their own at home. There's nothing better!

great job!

I think this was a great idea! I just had a young lady come over and taught her how to make bread. I am going to send her this link so now she can make pizza dough too! Thanks so much for you ministry!

I thought it was great! We watched from the library's high speed connection and it downloaded quickly and easily.

Hi Tammy! That was so much

Hi Tammy! That was so much fun to watch. If I wasn't so mad at my oven right now I would want to make Pizza! My little man was sitting on my lap watching with me and it made a nice break for us. It's a really great idea because oftentimes watching someone cook is an encouragemento to do it oneself - you get the tips and hints that aren't there in a book.

Homemade Pizza Video

Nicole, thanks! Yes, we recently cut my hair! (Actually, we had my sister Bonnie cut it.) We cut off enough to donate to Locks of Love, which is what I did last time I had it cut, also. Joshua likes it various lengths, and I was ready for a change, so we decided not to wait until summer. :)

Brandy, thanks! Homemade pizza is really easy, if you have the extra 20-30 minutes it takes rather than just using frozen. :)

Shorty, good for you, teaching about making bread! :)

To the anonymous commenters, thanks. :)

Meredith, yay for libraries! I knew there was no way dialup would download this video. :| :P

Oh Lucy, thank you! :) I hope your oven straightens up for you, if such a thing is possible. No one likes having their hard work wasted by finicky appliances! :|

Pizza for Two and More!

I think we just found the alternative to paying $13 every time we want to go out for pizza! I made this for my husband tonight, and he loves it!

Since there are only the two of us right now, I used part of the dough for cinnamon rolls (which were yummy, according to my dear husband), and the rest for a 12" pizza.

Thank you for posting the recipe.

Mrs. Marks, I'm so glad you

Mrs. Marks,

I'm so glad you liked the pizza! Thanks for sharing! :) Cinnamon rolls sounds like a great use for leftover dough... maybe even for next day's breakfast! :) I usually send leftover pizza in Joshua's lunch the next day. :)
