I hope you do ebooks of some

I hope you do ebooks of some of your recipes soon. You have such great recipes and I love to spend a little money to get something in an organized, altogether manner, if you know what I mean. :)

I know, I know, you are probably getting tired of me telling you you should do this, but your first customer is anxiously waiting. :)

Oops, that comment on ebooks

Oops, that comment on ebooks was from me.

These look so beautiful!

Like little pillows of cinnamon-nutmeg happiness. I'm definitely putting these on my list of to do's.

Hope its ok

Bethanie--

I also wanted to mention, if you wanted to copy the recipe and paste it in your blog entry, feel free to do that! I got to thinking that maybe I should make it clear that you're welcome to copy and paste the recipe :)

French Breakfast Puffs and ebooks :)

They do taste really yummy! :) I hope you like them, Brandy! :)

And yes... we're brainstorming about our first ebook. Just be patient! It'll be worth waiting for! ;)

I made these for breakfast

I made these for breakfast this morning and they were a big hit! Instead of using regular (soy) milk, I used (soy) egg nog and it really enhanced the flavor of the nutmeg and cinnamon. I also substituted 1/2 cup of the regular unbleached flour for whole wheat pastry flour to give them some added nutrition.
I too only got 10 out of the batter, not 12.
Even though I made these without the egg (I used Ener-G egg replacer) and used vegan, non-hydrogenated butter (Earth Balance), they came out perfectly! I will definitely be adding these to my own recipe file. Thanks!
