I am delighted to welcome returning guest chef, Lindsey Sorgard! Last time, Lindsey submitted a recipe that has become a real favorite with many people and has received raving reviews, the Italian Cheese Bread.
Lindsey's menu today is just as inviting! First, she shares her delicious Creamy Potato Soup recipe. This simple soup is made using chicken broth, potatoes, and onions, and is seasoned with dill. Topped with croutons, this Creamy Potato Soup makes the perfect winter appetizer or comforting dinner soup!
With the soup, Lindsey suggests some Hearty Herb Bread! This recipe makes two loaves of bread that are seasoned with parsley, onion, and oregano, and have what Lindsey describes as "a slightly heavier texture". Served warm with soup, this bread is the perfect complement for a warming meal!
And for dessert, Lindsey shares her spicy molasses Ginger Snap Cookies recipe! These sweet little snaps are bursting with dark spicy flavor. Simple to make and sure to please!
