
A lettuce salad topped with almonds, steam fried noodles, mandarin oranges, chicken, and your favorite dressing!

1 large head lettuce, washed and torn
1 can (10 fl. Oz) mandarins, drained
2 C steam fried noodles
½ C slivered almonds, toasted
2 C cooked chicken, cubed
Salad dressing, if desired
1. Layer lettuce, chicken, almonds, noodles, and mandarins. Top with dressing if desired.

She writes, "My favourite dressing is Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Thai Dressing. Usually we just set this all out buffet style and let everyone make their own plate. :) This salad is quick to prepare and makes for a nice fresh, light meal."
