A smooth, slightly spicy sweet red salad dressing
about 1 1/2 cups of dressing
1/2 small onion (about 2 tablespoons)
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup tomato pasta sauce (I use my homemade pizza sauce)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
Pinch cayenne pepper
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve over fresh salad greens.
Store dressing in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to a week (may last longer).
