
Crunchy homemade croutons with garlic and parsley: a great salad topping and a wonderful use for leftover bread

Butter, softened
Garlic salt**
Parsley
Onion powder, optional
1. Mix butter and seasonings. Spread onto bread.
2. Carefully slice bread into cubes. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
3. Bake at 200 degrees for one hour or until completely dried.
*Or, use leftover garlic bread and omit butter and seasonings in this recipe. Be sure to use homemade bread and not soft bread!
**I like a lot of garlic and perfer to use leftover garlic bread in this recipe :)
