Fajita Salad
A bed of lettuce, topped with seasoned beef steak, onions, cheese, sour cream, and salsa, served with tortillas or corn chips

1.5 lbs fajita meat (inexpensive steak) 1. Cut up fajita meat and cook till done. Add taco seasoning and simmer for 10 minutes. 2. To assemble, place lettuce on plate and top with meat. Sprinkle with the onions and cheese. Put a spoonful of sour cream and some salsa on top and serve with tortillas or corn chips. *We used green leaf, red leaf, and iceburg This recipe and photo was submitted by guest chef Olivia McEntire.
