Quick and Easy Egg Noodle Side Dish
A buttery quick and easy garlic and parmesan egg noodle side dish
4 servings
3 cups (uncooked) egg noodles 1. Cook egg noodles in water according to package instructions. Drain, and then return to hot pan (but remove from hot burner). 2. Stir in butter until melted. Sprinkle on garlic salt, pepper, and parsley, stirring to coat. Stir in parmesan cheese and serve.

This is a quick and easy side dish that I like to make with meals like oven-roasted chicken, steak, or anything that goes good with garlic bread (since I think this tastes as yummy as garlic bread, but is a last-minute quick-fix!). My rating: 9/10
