Easy Homemade Cheese Ball

Easy Homemade Cheese Ball

Cream cheese, extra sharp cheddar cheese, onion and beef combine to make this tasty homemade cheeseball

10 servings

8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces extra sharp cheddar or colby cheese, grated
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 1/2-2 ounces thin-sliced smoked pressed beef*, finely chopped
2-3 tablespoons milk, if needed
chopped or broken walnuts, optional

1. Combine cheeses, onions, and beef in a mixing bowl and mix well. (I use my hands.) Add milk if desired to make cheeseball more easily spreadable.

2. Roll mixture into a ball; roll in chopped nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator until needed. Serve with crackers or pretzels.

Tammy's Review:

This is a flavorful homemade cheeseball that's very easy to make! My mom has made this for years, and it's always a favorite at parties and gatherings. These cheeseballs taste wonderful and make great gifts for people. My rating: 10/10

Tammy's mom, Linda, made this for us as part of a wonderful lunch on the day we moved into our new house. It is wonderful. It's one of the best cheese balls I've ever had.

Please see the recipe above for my complete review! Thanks! ~Tammy

I made this to take to our women's Bible study, and it was really good!

I made this recipe quite a while back. It was a real hit! We enjoyed eating it plain.
