Easy Baked Oatmeal
Moist and crusty baked oatmeal breakfast, served with warm milk
6 servings
1 1/2 cups quick oats 1. Combine the first ten ingredients; mix well. 2. Spread evenly in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and top is crusty. 3. Immediately spoon into bowls, add milk, and top with fresh fruit if desired. ![]() *Or substitute cornmeal or grain of your choice

This is a fun variety to serve for breakfast. I think it tastes delicious, and is good leftover with cold milk (instead of warm), also. Perfect for chilly winter mornings, and a favorite with children. My rating: 10/10
