Tammy's Review:

These brownies are the best!! This recipe makes moist-but-not-doughy, chewy-but-not-under-cooked, dense-but-not-soggy, super-chocolatey almost-fudgy brownies! I love them. They get a 10, absolutely. :D

As a side note, I dislike how these taste when warm. They must be well-chilled for the full effect :D I like them best just eaten plain, cold. Yum!!!!

yummy

Theese are my go to brownies. I even use this recipe without the cream cheese topping and they are an awesome brownie. Of course with the cream cheese they are beyond awsome. My family loves them either way. Thanks for the great recipe. :-) Warm or cold I could eat the entire pan. Chocolate is my favorite food group.

My favorite brownies

I made these brownies on super bowl Sunday and they were a hit. I love anything with cream cheese so when I came across this recipe I had to try it. Yummy!

Delicious! Easy!

These were a hit! They were super easy to whip together and very tasty. I will definitely be making these when I am craving a bit of chocolate or when company is coming over. I also liked them best warm.

Yummy!!

This was a really easy homemade brownie to bake. It's so chocolaty which I love and the cream cheese topping just puts it WAY over the top! I am making dinner for someone this week and these will be the dessert.

LOVE this brownie.

I was making Tammy's lasagna for dinner and had guests. I wanted to serve dessert but wanted to use what I had on hand.
I mixed these up and they were fabulous. I have never made brownies from scratch, how could I have been so wrong?

Yummy brownie

Definitely best cold....I've never had a brownie like that! These are delicious and easy to make. I think next time I might change them up a little by adding peppermint extract and some mini chocolate chips to the cream cheese layer to make a mint chocolate chip cream cheese brownie! Thanks for the great recipe, again!

My husband gives them a 12!

These brownies are excellent and simple to make. No more mixes! I enjoyed them warm more than cold, sorry Tammy. ;-) I've never seen a dessert go so quickly at our house.

mmmm!

These are so good. I made them a while ago, and they were wonderful. I preferred them most once they were chilled.

Cream Cheese Brownies

These are a family favorite. We sometimes even have these in place of cake on birthdays! I also often bring them to potlucks. The last time I did, several people asked me for more as I was leaving with my empty plate!

The perfect brownie! (11/10)

Lets cut to the chase: If you want a killer brownie then look no further, print this recipe, and go make yourself a batch of these creamcheese brownies!

These brownies are bursting with chocolate without being bitter,
they are moist without being doughy or underdone,
they are dense without being hard,
they are sweet yet retain a soft cheesy accent.

They are in a word: PERFECT! I like how a small brownie makes a nice little snack yet a large square (toppings optional, although whipped cream and hot fudge are hard to ignore!) is great for dessert. They also travel well in lunch pails. You can even freeze them--but I doubt they would last long enough! This is a great recipe and worth the time and effort to make. My only suggestion is to let them cool before eating. Some brownies are served best hot, these are best served cold with a large glass of milk.
