Tammy's Review:

This is a delicious "dessert" or snack. It's so quick to make, and almost tastes like a sour cream apple pie, or apple cheesecake. :D I love making and eating it. My rating: 10/10.

Better than frosting!

This is like eating frosting with apple slices, but not too sugary-sweet. Fabulous!

Just a bit different

I have a recipe very similar to this. So the differences are mine uses 3/4 c brown sugar and 1/4 c white sugar and then 1 tsp lemon juice (I think this is to help dissolve the sugar? Correct me if I'm wrong.) Then of course you still use cream cheese. But I also agree it is so delicious.

So tasty!

I made this to take as a snack to a Bible study and everyone loved it! I'm glad I bought lots of apples this week, as I will be enjoying them
with the leftovers. :-) I added about 1 T. of powdered sugar to mine as I thought it tasted just a bit too tart. It softened it to just the
right flavor. :-)

This is *good*

This dip is so tasty. I was bored the other day, and hungry, so I decided to make some for my parents and I. :o) For a dessert-type food, it is reasonably healthy, and soooo tasty! We still have some left in the fridge, as there are only 3 of us. It keeps well. :)

Yummy!

Hi Tammy - I have been drooling over your recipes and the pictures of them for a while now, so I finally registered today. :) This sounds very similar to a recipe my mom would make, except hers also had peanut butter in it (smooth or creamy work well, depending on your preference). It is a favorite, and can be whipped up in a jiffy! Thanks for the cooking inspiration - I check your site every day!
