
Onions, bell peppers, and canned green beans combine for a flavorful and colorful vegetable saute

1 quart (or about three 15-ounce cans) canned green beans (or, use leftover cooked green beans)
1/2 cup diced or sliced green bell peppers
1/2 cup diced or sliced red bell peppers
1/2 cup diced or sliced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon oil
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients and cook and stir until vegetables are to desired tenderness, about 5-8 minutes.
2. Season with salt and pepper; serve hot.
